1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account on wcfolio.link or using the WC Folio platform, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not create an account or use the platform.
2. Platform Use & Account Security
WC Folio provides link-in-bio pages, portfolio websites and related creator tools. You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials confidential.
- All activity and content published through your account.
- Providing accurate account and payment information.
- Ensuring custom code, links and uploaded files do not contain malware or harmful content.
3. Premium Subscriptions & Payments
WC Folio may offer free, trial and premium access. Premium features remain available only while the relevant subscription or admin-granted access is active. Payment methods, renewal periods and available features may be displayed in the dashboard. Unless required by applicable law or a published refund policy, completed payments are generally non-refundable.
4. Content & Intellectual Property
WhiteCoder retains rights to WC Folio software, templates, interfaces and platform infrastructure. You retain ownership of original content that you upload. By publishing content, you grant WC Folio the limited permission needed to host, process, resize and display it through your public page and connected services.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use WC Folio to publish illegal, deceptive, abusive or infringing content; distribute malware; impersonate another person; bypass plan restrictions; scrape the service at scale; attack platform infrastructure; or interfere with another user's account or page.
6. Suspension & Termination
We may restrict, suspend or terminate accounts when we reasonably believe the account violates these terms, threatens platform security, harms other users or creates legal or operational risk. Where practical, users may be notified through their dashboard or registered email.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
