Supported social fields can accept a full URL or a platform username. WC Folio normalizes the value into the relevant public link when possible.
Link in Bio prioritizes quick actions and creator cards. Portfolio Website provides detailed professional sections such as projects, skills, experience and education.
Yes. The dashboard supports changing between available page modes without requiring a new account.
For supported documents, WC Folio extracts available text and can use a configured AI provider to organize profile data. You should review and edit the result before publishing.
Common reasons include image-only scans, unsupported file structure, service configuration, provider limits or temporary network issues. The platform may offer a fallback or manual setup.
Eligible users can add a custom domain, follow the DNS instructions and verify the domain from the dashboard. Availability depends on plan or admin-granted access.
Public pages include SEO metadata, canonical URLs and sitemap support. Search engines decide when and whether to crawl and index a page, so indexing cannot be guaranteed immediately.
A visitor can submit the public message form. The message is saved for the page owner, and professional notification emails can be sent to both parties when SMTP is configured.
Use the Report an Issue page and include a clear summary, detailed steps and the affected URL. A reference number is generated after a successful submission.
